For grades D2 and D3, the extended pay envelope scale points range from point two to point seven. The arrears will be paid this month.
TSC asserts that, under the terms of the CBA 2017 – 2021, preceptors in grades B5, C1, C2, C3, and D5 aren’t entitled for pay increases.
TSC contends that because the preceptors have formerly attained their maximum compensation points, their pay can not be increased.
