An applicant for instance George Kamau Kawai has the qualifications and gets shortlisted as number 2 in the merit list.
Instead of picking another applicant to be in position 3 on the merit list, the corruption-filled officials interchange three names of George Kamau Kawai so that they now have kamau Kawai George as their Position 3 in the merit list for the same school. If they do play this trick using details of two applicants, they end up having two empty slots per combination and thats where the 350K will come in.
My question is, Why do we love money so much in Kenya? Why deny a chance to someone who ought to be third or fourth in the list and duplicate one apllicant details?
Even if you are that heartless as a director or principal, dont you fear the curse that would be fall you and your children for denying a just opportunity to a deserving kenyan?
Let us go back to the old system where we all attended the interviews and went home satisfied that the recruited applicants were selected fairly!
