Maize and wheat flour, sugar, cooking oil painting, towel paper, milk, food particulars, and chuck are those that are most generally impacted.

According to a check conducted last week and published by the exploration establishment Infotrak, 73 of Nairobi residers believe their country is moving in the wrong path.

Maturity of those who held this opinion( 81) cited the high cost of living as the reason behind their assertion.

Due to adding energy and food costs, which reached7.1 percent in May compared to6.47 percent in April and5.556 percent in March, Kenya’s cost of living increased indeed more.

Data by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics( KNBS) Consumer Price Index and Affectation showed that the rise was substantially driven by an increase in prices of goods under food andnon-alcoholic potables handbasket(12.4 per cent).
