Governor Johnson Sakaja of Nairobi has blazoned the members of his proposed press, who’ll now be vetted by the City County Assembly.
On Wednesday, Sakaja made the advertisement in Nairobi, stating that the 19 County Executive Committee( CEC) member appointees would assume office in the middle of the following month if their nominations were verified.
“ We have, following continued consultations with the people of Nairobi, set out our precedence areas to get Nairobi moving. We shall do this by creating an terrain that promotes citizen engagement, and makes it easy for you to pierce services, ” said Sakaja.

Michael Gumbo has been nominated as CEC for Innovation and the Digital Economy, while Charles Kerich has been nominated as CEC for Finance and Economic Affairs.
still, Brian Mulama and Patrick Mbogo would handle the position of CEC gift and Chops Development and Mobility and Works calendars independently, while Stephen Gathuita Mwangi and Ibrahim Auma Nyanganya will oversee the Urban Planning and Boroughs Administration and Personal calendars independently, If chosen.
Rosemary Kariuki has been proposed to fill the position of CEC for Business and HustlerOpportunities.Nyanganya and Kariuki, according to Sakaja, would report to his deputy, Njoroge Muchiri.
Maureen Njeri( Green Nairobi),Dr. Anastacia Mutethya Nyalita( Health, Wellness, and Nutrition), and Suzanne Silantoi( Inclusivity, Public Participation and client Service) are also on Sakaja’s list.
