Through a indirect, the Ministry of Education has instructed the Headliners of schoolteacher Training Colleges to collect data on all P1 preceptors who had enrolled for the upgrade programme but got absorbed by the preceptors Service Commission in the just concluded reclamation.
The Ministry wants the data for logistical planning of the internship assessment of the p1 preceptors who had enrolled for Upgrade program.
It’s stressed that the preceptors might have been posted to stations that aren’t named as internship seminaries.
The indirect inked by Julius Jwan the star Secretary in the State Department for Early Learning and Basic Education wants the data to identify the number of preceptors who were absorbed but hadn’t accepted tutoring practice which is the final stage in the upgrade programme.

The memo read in part, “ In this regard you’re requested to submit your comprehensive and final test of all preceptors for the upgrade to DPTE who were employed by the TSC using the attached template. ”
The preceptors, from the colonist group of the P1 schoolteacher upgrade programme to the Parchment in Primary schoolteacher Education( DPTE), are needed to take over their internship which is the fourth and final examination.
All the preceptors who successfully were signed by the Commission on endless and pension terms have formerly entered their appointment and posting letters to their separate seminaries.
