The ruling Jubilee Party has now contended that there was apparel in 33 Mount Kenya constituencies.
In a statement dated Thursday, August 11, and inked by the party’s Secretary General, Jeremiah Kioni, the party claimed that the ‘ unheroic Wave ’ by the United Democratic Alliance( UDA) was fake.
“ For the record, let all and sundry know there was no “ Yellow Wave ” in the Mount Kenya region including other regions like Bungoma, Taita Taveta, Kisii. These claims are far from the verity. There was no infrasound of the so called surge, they say indeed tykes can smell a riffle coming, ” Kioni stated.

“ It’s with great concern that the electoral process was largely compromised. We’ve learnt of massive subtle apparel scheme that took place in the 33 constituencies of Mount Kenya for the administrative choices. ”
The President Uhuru Kenyatta- led party further argued that it had entered reports from its agents on “ namer bribery, namer intimidation, displaying of UDA crusade accoutrements within the firmaments of polling centers, mishandling of Jubilee Party and Azimio party agents by the presiding officers by denying them access to the polling stations on time. ”
The party further contended that its agents set up the tamper- evidence envelopes containing the seals and prints closed.

“ The namer turnout in the KIEMS accoutrements didn’t census with the number of used ballot paper counterfoils, lack of clarity on namer verification where the KIEMS accoutrements failed. It’s unthinkable that a seeker would lose in all polling stations, including where they bounce, ” Kioni added.
The party added that it would make its coming move public in the coming days.By the time of publication, United Democratic Alliance( UDA), combined with Deputy President William Ruto, hadn’t responded to Jubilee’s allegations.
Kioni had before conceded defeat in the administrative seat. The Jubilee Secretary- General had been floored by George Gachagua of UDA in the Ndaragwa administrative race.
