Kenyans are now seen to be all smiles as the safaricom subscriber has finally broken the long “suffocating” barrier of not updating registration details at the people’s comfort zone.
For some time now, the safaricom subscribers have been seen to go through hard times as they are compelled to make long queues at the safaricom shops to be re-registered.
In reference to the national disatisfaction with the stress following long waiting and slow service at safaricom care shops , the subscriber has finally given a link through which people can register and upload details by themselves online.
This is after a stiff competition from the other subscribers i.e Telkom Kenya and Airtel, who allowed their subscribers to complete the registration online.
It is important to note that in most parts of the country, the link is seen to operate normally only if you use safaricom data. This means that for those using other forms of networks, it may or may not be successful to follow the preceding steps.
You basically need to have your registration details with you, especially in soft copy for the identification card details or any other relevant document for none Kenyan citizens.

It’s also important to note that the re-registration process was supposed to be complete by 15th of April 2022. There has been some received extension of registration deadlines from the communication authority, which in a bargain forum decided to add six more months for Kenyans to update their registration details to the respective subscribers. Everyone should therefore rush to avoid deactivation of communication.
The communications authority of Kenya boss Ezra Chiloba in a meeting yesterday only outlined that registration should be for purposes of security to the people of Kenya, and not intending to harass or embarrass anyone.
This also stands to clear the rumour that Chiloba had advised people to boycott the registration exercise. He noted with uniformity in speech with the national declaration that all should consider the process positively..
