Narok Senator Ledama Ole Kina indicted President William Ruto of planning to incapacitate the Constitution by using Kenya Kwanza’s confederated members of congress.
The oral solon claimed that the MPs were seeking to pass controversial bills and if not checked, the President would make the Legislature an extension of the Administrative.
He was irked by the offer faced by Gichugu MP, Gichimu Githinji, and his Matungulu counterpart, Stephen Mule, to amend the Constitution to lodge finances given to lawmakers and National Government on Wednesday, November.
“ The introductory structure can not be changed! The Legislature is the Legislature and not an extension of the Administrative, ” Ledama lamented.

First, the offer sought the return of the National Government Constituencies Development Fund( NG- CDF), before declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.
The MPs also pushed for the entrenchment of the Senate Oversight Fund to allocate legislators plutocrat for development systems.
Kenya Kwanza also wanted to lodge profitable encouragement and commission Fund in the Constitution.
Incipiently, the offer sought to amend the Constitution to allow the National Government Affirmative Action Fund.

These finances will be given to woman representatives for development purposes in their separate counties.
Ledama, still, didn’t indicate whether Azimio La Umoja abettors would oppose the stir.
The assemblyman has been oral since joining the opposition, constantly criticiszng the Kenya Kwanza government.
