In the recently released KCSE results, Kapsabet boys high school managed to top in the whole nation. Many people, parents and students, have been interested to know exactly what is happening in this institution, that is making it post such admirable results.

b. Weak students have an addition remedial from 9-10 pm.(Getting a C+ is like getting an E)
c. By the time students proceed to Form four, they have already cleared the secondary school syllabus in all subjects and it is ALL revision for the whole academic year! (How can a student fail?)
d. Remedial lessons are paid well (Not less than 1500 per session. This Means teachers are well motivated.
e. There are team building activities for teachers every term and the staff meetings held in BIG hotels (Envelopes follows next)
f. Parents care so much about their learners and are willing to go extra miles,to ensure their children learn even during weekends, with many exams given during that time.
g. The boys discipline is commendable. Those boys are so good.
