The Advanced Education Loan Boards HELB has opened the gate for the 2021 Kenya instrument of secondary education KCSE campaigners.
The 2021 KCSE campaigners are encouraged to apply for the 2022 – 2023 first- time loans by the Higher Education Loans Board HELB.
According to the trusted source of information, the Advanced Education Loan Boards HELB has moment on Wednesday, July 27, HELB released a statement which stated that they’re fastening on scholars who would be starting in the coming many weeks in universities and Technical and Vocational Education and Training TVET.
