Mama Nyundo as popularly known, passed on suddenly on Thursday in Kisumu following an unprofitable procedure at the Aga Khan Hospital.
Wycliffe Oparanya, the deputy head of the ODM party, claimed that she passed down after the croakers tried to remove a blood clot from her leg.

I’m deeply burdened to learn of the early end of Phaustine Werimo, a nominated member of the Kakamega County Assembly, he added.
The former governor of Kakamega praised the legislator as an hot supporter of the Orange Democratic Movement Party, ODM.
He expressed his sincere condolences to the late Werimo’s musketeers, family, and the Kakamega County Assembly for the loss of such a stalwart member of the community.
