An abecedarian academy deputy headmaster is facing charges after he was caught defiling a pupil in Kanyabala, Homa Bay County.
The schoolteacher, who lives in the private academy demesne, was caught with a 15- time-old girl who had just finished her Kenya Certificate of Primary Education( KCPE) test a week agone.
Primary disquisition revealed that the schoolteacher had constantly saturated the girl.
Still, after the vill elders, along with health officers, went to the house to conduct residual scattering for mosquitoes to help the spread of malaria, the 40- day adage of the pincher reached the schoolteacher.

When the vill elder passed by the house in the morning, he allegedly saw both of them on the bed.
They arrested the schoolteacher and informed the area assistant chief who reached the spot along with the police officers.
They were taken to Rodi police station, where the schoolteacher’s arrest is pending.

Meanwhile, the girl was taken to Homa Bay County Referral Hospital for a medical examination before being transferred to the children’s home.
According to Homa Bay Children’s Officer Joseph Otieno, the girl claimed to be in a sexual relationship with the schoolteacher. She also admitted that this wasn’t her first time having coitus.
The government is upset about the rising cases of obscenity as society is adamant about coitus education.
