CS education George Magoha has appointed 14 people to run various organizations in the field of education.
According to a gazette notice published on July 15, the fourteen appointed officials will hold office for three years.

Magoha selected Cyrus Gituai to lead the Central Placement Service for Kenyan Universities and Colleges.
In accordance with the authority granted by sections 4(1)(a) and (d) of the Education (Board of Governors) Centre for Mathematics, Science, and Technology Education in Africa Order, 2006, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints Pius Kimani Mutisya as chairperson.

- He appointed:
- Peterson Maina,
- Brenda Mayabi Nanzala,
- Ngina Kairu to the Centre for Mathematics, Science, and Technology Education in Africa (CEMASTEA) board for terms of three years each.
- Magoha appointed four individuals to the Kenya Literature Bureau’s board of directors.

The four are
- Augusta Muthigani,
- Fatuma Hassan,
- Judith Ojwang,
- Elkana Kathie.
- To join the National Research Fund, an additional five representatives were chosen.
The notice announces the appointment of Ratemo Michieka as chairperson in “exercise of the powers provided by section 32 (4) (a), (d), (e), and (f) of the Science, Technology and Innovation Act, 2013.”
- The NRF board of trustees has also been expanded to include Robert Gateru, Gladys Warirah, Samuel Tirongo, and Florah Karanu Karimi.
