Inorder for TSC to consider a schoolteacher for deployment to inferior secondary academy( JSS), the schoolteacher should hold any of the following crucial conditions
Have a Parchment in Education
Have a Advanced National Diploma in Education
Have Maids Degree in Education
Have Post Graduate Diploma in Education
Have a Masters Degree or PhD in Education

The schoolteacher must have been trained in Secondary schoolteacher Education with at least two tutoring subjects
Have scored a mean grade of C( Plus) and over at KCSEHave scored at least C( Plus) and over at KCSE in the two tutoring subjects
