Teachers Service Commission( TSC) is the only Commission in Kenya that’s commanded to retain, remunerate, promote and transfer preceptors from one working station to another.
The commission which is presently under the leadership of Dr Nancy Macharia as the serving Chief Executive Officer( CEO) has been working round the- timepiece to insure that preceptors work in a better terrain.
The Director of Studies in seminaries have been the most important people who determine the implicit substance of seminaries in the Education journey.

According to the rearmost reports, movables of these preceptors will now be verified by the employment body of preceptors.
Specific reports from TSC indicates that the position in seminaries have noway been sanctioned and hence preceptors Service Commission recognizes the hard work by appreciating their hard work.
Addressing indigenous and county directors of education, TSC Chief Executive Officer Dr Nancy Macharia honored Director of studies work and encouraged them to work harder to achieve further results.
